Heat 1 - Starting on grid 16 for the first heat of the day and Jack got a decent start and quickly made his way up in to the top 10 by the end of lap two. Jack was up to 9th by the end of lap 3 but his race was nearly ended when two karts made contact round the left hander towards the double right hander at the bottom of the circuit with Jack only just avoiding the accident. Jack eventually went on to finish a solid 6th.
Heat 2 - 8th on the the grid for the second heat and Jack once again made a good start and was in 5th after the first lap. Jack then managed to fight his way up to 3rd and then passed number 32 Steven Craig for 2nd. But Jack was struggling with handling problems and dropped back down to 6th just managing to get back in to 5th on the last lap. Jack was later promoted to 4th position when the driver who finished 2nd was excluded for being underweight.
Heat 3 - Jack was on pole for the final heat of the day and made a decent start and remained in 1st until number 73 Jordan Kinvig made a move for the lead on lap 4 relegating Jack back to 2nd. Jack couldn’t match the times of Kinvig and had to settle for 2nd.
Final - After some average heats Jack qualified 3rd on the grid for the final. Jack made another good start and was up to 2nd by the first corner. Later round the lap Jack managed to pass Ryan Todd for the lead. Jack held on to the lead until the end of lap 5 when Kinvig passed Jack for the lead. From then on Jack couldn't quite keep up with Kinvig and was struggling with a lack of straight line speed and eventually had to settle for 2nd just under 1 second behind the winner.
