Jack Hawksworth is one of the world’s fastest and most versatile professional racing drivers having competed and achieved victories in multiple categories through Single Seaters, Prototypes and GT cars, racing professionally with AVS Autosport and Lexus.
After a stellar karting career that brought multiple championships and victories at major races in both England and Europe which included the British Kartmasters and Trofeo Margutti, Jack moved into open wheel car racing in 2010. he shocked the racing community with pole positions on his debut in the Formula Renault Series, competing against a stacked field of drivers with far more experience who would later be seen in Formula 1, Indycar, DTM and V8 Supercars. He would go on to take a further 3 pole positions and 2 podiums in 6 races which would secure 3rd in the championship and mark him out as a star in the making.
From there he moved to America where he would take the Junior racing scene by storm, breaking every single record in the Star Mazda series on his way to securing the 2012 title. A graduation to Indy Lights followed which brought race victory on his debut and a further 3 victories from Road/Street races.
2014 marked Jacks graduation to the big leagues where he would compete in the Indycar series with Bryan Herta Autosport. He marked himself out immediately securing 4 top 6 qualifying positions withing his first six races which included a race dominating display at the famed Indianapolis Grand Prix where victory would ultimately slip away due to an untimely safety car period. A podium in Houston and many other highlights would eventually secure Jack the Tony Renna Star award.
In 2014 Jack also made his Sportscar racing debut and would secure race victory on his debut for the RSR team with a scintillating drive through the field. He would also grab pole position for the famed Petite Le Mans race.
After several more years in open wheel racing, Jack turned his attention to sports car racing and joined the 3GT Racing team with Lexus U.S.A, as they introduced the brand new RCF GT3 to the racing world. Jack once again continued to establish himself as one of the fastest and most formidable competitors in the field with multiple fastest laps and ruthless performances over the course of the 2017 championship. Jack’s involvement with Lexus and their respective teams within IMSA continues, and Jack was instrumental in helping Lexus record multiple wins and a sprint championship victory in 2020.
